Thom a commencer à utiliser régulièrement un modèle de Jazzmaster noire base ‘63 à partir de 1996 et à la période Ok Computer. Elle a été au fil du temps quelque peu modifiée (voir la description précise de Plank, le technicien du groupe, à la fin de cet article), mais Thom lui est toujours resté fidèle. Il l’utilise toujours.

En 1996, on la voit sur les prestations live d’I Promise, comme ici à Mansfield. Thom Yorke s’en sert particulièrement pendant l’enregistrement studio de deux chansons d’OK Computer : Lucky et Airbag. Pour les tournées qui suivront la sortie de l’album Ok computer, il l’utilise par exemple sur Airbag et Lucky (en 1996-97 particulièrement), ou  Street Spirit (1996-1998).

En 2009-2010, Thom l’utilise pour les concerts d’Atoms for Peace, sur The Eraser,The Clock, And It Rained All Night, et Harrowdown Hill

En 2013, elle a suivi Thom dans sa tournée avec Atoms for Peace, sur What The Eyeballs Did, The Clock, And It Rained All Night, ou Harrowdown Hill.
