Groupe de rock originaire de Macclesfield, Cheshire, formé en 1993. Influencés par Joy Division, Buzzcocks et The Smiths, les membres de Marion ont été un moment pressentis comme les successeurs des Smiths. Ils seront surtout l’incarnation du mouvement britpop. Le groupe a splitté en 1999. Quelques concerts ont été joués en 2006.

Dans une interview de 2014 , un souvenir de la tournée :
