The Rip est le second single de Portishead pour le nouvel album “Third”, sorti le 27 avril  2008  :

Lors des backstage (a priori dans leur loge) du concert de saint-Louis, le 14 mai, Thom et Jonny enregistrent une reprise acoustique de The Rip. Les fans n’en sont pas informés.
